Goodbye pneumonia!!

Hallelujah!!! Blake's x-rays from yesterday afternoon show that he no longer has any pneumonia in his lungs! Two weeks ago he still had some hanging out in the very bottom of his "very long lungs". This has been pneumonia from hell and it just didn't want to go away. He has had 3 antibiotics, an antibiotic injection, a steroid injection, steroid pills, two inhalers, a whole slew of vitamins daily, and then I finally treated him with some colloidal silver in the nebulizer at home a few times. I think that did the trick because he wasn't feeling or seeing any progress from his 4th antibiotic. Silver is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-parasitic. And no, he won't turn blue, lol. That only happens when people try to make their own silver or use a lot of silver that contains silver proteins. Colloidal silver is a completely different thing. We use it on bug bites, when we get sick, rashes, eye styes, cuts and scrapes, and much more. You can also use it to purify water, so we keep some in our emergency bug out back packs👍

Anyways, he will need to continue his breathing exercises for a couple more weeks, and will still see the Pulmonologist on the 21st. His doctor felt it wouldn't hurt since he was so sick for so long. He said he usually sees people have pneumonia for a couple weeks, not more than 6 weeks. So we want to err on the side of caution and double check that all is well. It'll take him a month or more to start getting his strength back I think. The doctor said to plan on the lung scarring being there for at least a few months. He's really frustrated with not being able to breathe as well as he'd like (oxygen was at 94% at the doctor office - they want it above 96), but at least the infection is gone now! Hopefully he'll breathe easier after the scarring starts to go away. He has started helping with dishes and laundry and things around the house to help get some strength back since he can't go walking or work out just yet because he gets too winded and dizzy. He looks like his old self again (his face doesn't look pale and sickly anymore), so hopefully he'll start feeling himself soon!

So, so very grateful that it wasn't his time to go. I badly need him here. Our sweet babies need him here, our little one on the way, and many others. He is a totally awesome daddy, a wonderful provider and very hard worker, and life would have been so very sad and dull without him! Even though that night was extremely scary and stressful, I know that Heavenly Father and many angels were watching out for him, me, and our sweet baby boy on the way! So grateful for our little family, our beautiful home, our miracle babies, and all that we have ❤ It was an emotional day for me yesterday, and today too honestly. What a HUGE relief to be able to start putting this nightmare behind us! Now if my dang rash would just go away completely already. I want to tear my skin off! I am so grateful for our family members who came to visit, who helped out, messaged and called us, and for all those praying for us and thinking of us. We love you all!

PS...I CANNOT believe we will be celebrating our 15th anniversary this December!! Thought I'd share some pics. The first one was taken on our honeymoon cruise to Jamaica and the Grand Cayman in Dec 2006. So fun! The other picture is recent and was taken the day we found out we are having a miracle BABY BOY! ❤
