Christian's Baby Blessing

This post is VERY late, ha ha. Christian was blessed on January 22nd in Pine Valley, UT. I love that chapel and have ancestors that were blessed there as well back in the day. It is the oldest working Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints chapel. So neat! After the blessing we also got a tour of the building and learned of the history. It was so neat and fun. I think everyone enjoyed it. I hadn't been in there since I was like 10 or so. Christian looked so dang cute in his knitted blessing outfit, shoes and sweater. It was dang cold, icy and windy that day so I'm glad I got him a warm blessing outfit. It is now hanging in my closet with the twins blessing outfits. They're all so beautiful and I can't believe we have THREE babies!! We went from being afraid we'd never have any, to twins, then a miracle baby, and 2 angel babies waiting for us. I am so very grateful to Heavenly Father for these sweet little souls who bring so much love, happiness and laughter to our home. After the blessing we enjoyed delicious Veyo Pies and ice cream at my parents home. Wish my little family could have eaten some, dang food allergies! But everyone else enjoyed them, ha ha. It was so fun to watch the twins play in the snow with their cousins. Uncle Cameron was a good sport and played outside with them. It was cold! I am so grateful for a husband who holds the priesthood. Blake gave Christian a beautiful blessing. We hope and pray that he lives a happy and full life, and always knows how loved he is by God and family. I am so grateful for those who traveled to be there! So many couldn't make it because of sickness, we missed them. Here are some pictures of Christian's special day. Sadly, we didn't get a group shot of everyone who came or any with my family. It was too crazy and some people had already left, ha ha. We also got to stay the night with family on the way home! The K boys lovvved to snuggle their baby cousin. It was so good to rest, break up the trip and visit. Feeding a baby every 1.5 hrs makes for a LONG and tiring trip. I was so happy to be done and was just physically and emotionally drained. We were so happy to be home that the kids threw their arms up when we pulled in the drive 🤣  

4 months old!

How has 1/3 of a year already gone by?!! I CANNOT believe that he is 4 months old! It's so sad and so exciting at the same time. He is quite the little talker now a days. He gibber jabbers a lot, shrieks, giggles a heart melting giggle, loves his toys, still adores the twins and follows them all around the room by cranking his head around as much as possible, likes tummy most of the time now since we got the water play mat, and has been sleeping like a champ. He is loved by everyone that sees him, especially his crazy hair, and is such a light in our life! It's amazing how fast babies grow in such a short amount of time. He went from being an adorable little newborn to a silly little dude in only 4 months. He has the cutest and sweetest little personality. As of today he weighs 15.2 lbs and is getting pretty dang chubby. Hooray!! We measured him today, he's 25 inches long! He is a really long baby, ha ha. I get comments on that a lot too. He's gonna be tall like Daddy I bet. He's 6 ft 4 inches and both of his brothers are over 6 ft, so it wouldn't surprise me. So, he has grown 4 inches in 4 months! 

Baby got to finally meet a lot of aunts, uncles and cousins this past weekend. It was unfortunately due to a funeral, Blake lost his Uncle Bob to a terrible car accident. We are so glad that Grandma and Uncke Ric are ok! It was great to be with everyone and give them all our condolences and big hugs. The twins got to pick lemons, pecans and grapefruits from Aunt Nikki's yard. Claire had a blast playing with girl cousins and using the tree picker. She has reminded me many times lately that she would realllly love a baby sister, lol. Cameron loves people and talking to them, so he was in heaven introducing himself at all the family get togethers and the funeral. He also let everyone know we are getting a new house and that his new baby brother's name is Christian and that he used to be in my tummy, ha ha.

3 months old!

I'm waaaay behind, so here we go, ha ha. This little chub is just the absolute cutest!! He is the happiest and best little baby. He is becoming more vocal and is always so, so smiley. People always say how happy and sweet he seems. He's not a huge fan of tummy time but is doing good. He's so strong. Life has been crazy busy, my house always seems to be a wreck, ha ha, but we are enjoying this adorable little potato so much! We love to go see how the new house is coming and he likes to be pushed around in the stroller while we are there. The twins are ecstatic about getting bigger bedrooms. I am so thrilled to be getting a 5 bdrm so that Christian doesn't have to share a room with our home school room, ha ha. It has made for a difficult school schedule some days because of naps. I'll just get the baby to sleep and then will step on a craft or piece of paper that got left on the floor just as I'm laying him down and his eyes pop open 😭🤣
